Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
• Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (i.e., production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions
• Completing basic inventory activities, such as stocking orders, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and waiting-bins
• Supporting a high-performing team and staying open to feedback while expanding clinical and technical knowledge
• Remaining flexible for scheduling and business needs, and traveling to stores as needed
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Delivering additional patient health care services where allowed by law and training
• Completing licensure and training to obtain Technician Immunizer status
• Educating patients about vaccines and referring questions to the Pharmacist on duty
• Monitoring for adverse reactions and reporting per health requirements
• Reviewing and collecting patient information; tracking and documenting for each applicable patient
• Monitoring and managing vaccine supplies
