Job summary

CVS Health in Virginia is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, immunizations, drive-thru and in-store operations while maintaining compliance with state boards of pharmacy and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and current state licensure or national certification.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy rules and licensing requirements.
• Minimum age 16 if not specified by state regulations; otherwise follow state rules.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; active enrollment acceptable in some states.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Provide courteous customer service and support at the register and drive-thru.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Assist with inventory tasks, such as cycle counts and stock maintenance.
