Job summary

CVS Health in Virginia seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams and deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment with compassionate customer service. You will follow SOPs, assist in inventory, and help provide immunizations and other services as trained.

This full-time position requires state licensure/certification compliance and may involve travel within the market. Training is provided and benefits are offered upon full employment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• If state board does not mandate minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old
• If state board does not mandate minimum education, candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be enrolled in HS/HEP

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off
• Deliver empathetic, personalized customer service at pickup, drive-thru and over the phone
• Assist with inventory tasks, including deliveries, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks
• Support immunizations and other services as trained and allowed by law
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business
