The role requires compliance with state board requirements, potential immunization responsibilities where allowed by law, and a commitment to operating within SOPs and company policies to protect patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, and confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions.
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues, active listening without interrupting.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate total tablets, days’ supply, and bottles needed for prescriptions.
• Problem Resolution: handle challenging patient or colleague interactions effectively.
• Physical Demands: sustain prolonged standing, lift and move items, and maintain visual acuity for transactions.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
