Responsibilities

• Develops competency in servicing pharmacy customers, including data entry, insurance verification and cashiering.
• Dispensing and delivery of medications; use of information systems and automation.
• Insurance and third-party billing data entry, prior authorizations, and filing.
• Supports clinical needs such as DIR fees.
• Promotes diabetic footwear sales and handles related insurance billing when applicable.
• Float technician may work across Aurora locations.
• Follows pharmacy procedures, regulations, and USP requirements.
• Provides care appropriate to patients' age and developmental needs.
