Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist healthcare providers and patients, maintain pharmacy inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably one year of experience in a pharmacy.

This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in pharmacy law. The pay range is between $17.0 to $24.26 per hour, with potential bonuses based on various factors including experience and education.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; experience can substitute for education.
• Board of Pharmacy technician registration; maintain current licensure.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and complies with the Pharmacy Technician Code of Conduct.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock.
• Reports prescription errors to the Pharmacist immediately.

Skills

Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology

Strong interpersonal skills

Good math and analytical skills

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Fluent in English

Education
