Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician - PTCB is required.
• Preferred completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy technician training program.
• 2+ years of previous pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Assist patients with prescription orders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dispensing area.
• Communicate with insurance carriers for payment claims.
• Train new pharmacy technicians.
