Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold current licensure as required by state boards (MD / OH / PA / WV).
• Nationally certified (PTCB/NHA) or have 2+ years of pharmacyspecific experience within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Read physician orders, prepare medications, and deliver to patient care units.
• Prepare medications for dispensing, including dosage forms for all patient populations.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and manage inventory.
• Assist in sterile IV preparation and ensure IV room cleanliness.
