Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician by PTCB or NHA preferred.
• WV/PA/OH/MD licensing pathways may be required depending on site.

Responsibilities

• Read physician orders, prepare medications, and deliver to patient-care units.
• Prepare medications, including unique dosage forms for all patient populations.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and ensure proper labeling.
• Manage inventory and replenish medications as needed.
• Assist with sterile IV preparations and aseptic technique.
