Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) license required
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work across shifts and departments

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and improve medication-use processes.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and clinical teams to ensure continuity of services.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding.
• Manage sterile compounding and hazardous drug handling.
