Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in pharmacy or equivalent technician
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with TSBP and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Performs job responsibilities in accordance with organizational and departmental policies.
• Coordinates daily workflow and provides leadership to other technicians.
• Performs IV calculations and prepares IV admixtures using proper aseptic technique.
• Audits and signs out all controlled substances in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Assists with ordering, managing and monitoring drug inventory in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Provides prompt and courteous service to medication requests.
