Job summary

CompleteRx is hiring full-time and PRN Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacy operations in Alamogordo, NM. The ideal candidate will have completed a pharmacy technician program and hold current NM registration along with National Certification.

You will help grow your pharmacy skills while ensuring accurate procurement, stocking, and delivery of medications across care settings. Responsibilities include preparing sterile products, managing stock and returns, and entering charges for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Current NM Pharmacy Technician registration.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and distribution of drug orders.
• Identify and fill replacement medications for emergency carts and floor stock.
• Prepare sterile products including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition.
• Deliver medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary areas.
• Rotate stock to ensure use before expiration date.
• Pick up orders and medications for return during rounds.
• Enter charges and credits for patient medications accurately.
• Identify and replace outdated or unusable drugs.

We welcome candidates with experience inretail, long-term care, or mail-order pharmacy, as well as those who haverecently completed a pharmacy technician program.

We'll help you continue togrow and expand your pharmacy skills.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday Friday: 7 a.m. 8 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m. 5 p.m.

PRN technicians provide coverage as needed forcall-outs, vacations, and holidays.

What You Will Do

• Ensures procurement and distribution of drug orders.
• Identifies and fills replacement medications on emergency crash carts, OR carts, and floor stock accurately.
• Prepares sterile products (including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition) accurately.
• Delivers medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary areas accurately.
• Rotates stock to ensure use before the expiration date.
• Picks up orders, requisitions, and medications for return from patient care areas when on delivery rounds.
• Enters charges and credits for patient medications accurately.
• Identifies and replaces outdated and unusable drugs.

What You Will Need

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Possess a current pharmacy technician registration in the State of New Mexico.
• Possess a current National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
