Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills including using a browser and online forms.
• Intermediate keyboarding: at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp and lift; up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations by entering data into the system.
• Handle prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders.
• Troubleshoot missing prescription information and interpret SIG codes.
• Run automated machinery and manage inventory through workflow stages.
• Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship.
• Resolve third party rejects and resubmit per plan requirements.
• Assist Pharmacists at the facility and other locations.
