Responsibilities

• Process new patient registration and refill orders per HIPAA guidelines.
• Run automated machinery and sort medications, ensuring inventory flow with quality control.
• Count, fill and label prescriptions; pack and ship; maintain workspace.
• Resolve Third Party Rejects by reviewing data, correcting info and resubmitting.
• Assist Pharmacists at the facility and other locations; escalate issues to senior staff.
