Job summary

Info Way Solutions seeks a Pharmacy Technician to provide order processing support for fulfillment and assist in preparing and distributing prescription medications. You will follow standard procedures and Company policies while handling patient data securely.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Onsite at Canal Winchester, OH with fixed shift options and a 6-month duration (temp-to-hire for strong performers).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English is required.
• Basic PC skills including keyboard, mouse, printing and online forms.
• Intermediate keyboarding speed (≥25 WPM).
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain active technician license or certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations using prescription data entry procedures.
• Handle prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refills.
• Troubleshoot missing information and interpret medical abbreviations.
• Run automated machinery, sort medications and manage inventory workflow.
• Count, fill, label, pack and ship prescriptions; maintain machinery and workspace.
• Resolve third-party rejects by reviewing data and resubmitting as required.
• Assist pharmacists at a facility or other locations and escalate issues as needed.
