You must obtain an active technician license within 90 days and maintain it; the role involves operating automated machinery, packing and shipping medications, and ensuring accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position at Walgreens locations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills (start up/shut down computer, use mouse, print documents).
• Basic Search Engine skills (open browser, type URLs, bookmark, fill forms).
• Intermediate keyboarding (≥25 WPM, touch typing).
• Able to push, pull, grasp and lift with/without accommodation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Willing to work a flexible shift.
• 18 years of age or older.

Aufgaben

• Process new patient registrations by entering data into the system while following HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders.
• Operate automated machinery, sort medications, and move inventory through workflow stages with quality control.
• Count, fill, affix labels, pack and ship prescriptions; clean and maintain machinery and work area.
• Resolve Third Party Rejects by reviewing information and resubmitting according to plan requirements.
• Assist Pharmacists in facility and other locations; communicate issues to senior staff as appropriate.
• Obtain an active technician license or certification within 90 days and maintain it.
