Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Otsego, MN seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the mental health pharmacy under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Primary duties include dispensing prescriptions, clerical tasks, and maintaining inventory in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Hours are Mon-Thu 7:30am–4:30pm and Fri 8:30am–3:00pm CST, with benefits including PTO, health plan options, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license
• Access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription orders under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Provide exceptional customer service to clinic staff and consumers
• Order, receive, and store pharmacy supplies
• Receive and process wholesaler medication orders
• Maintain inventory records and verify stock in computer system
• Assist pharmacist with pharmacy functions and compliance with federal/state requirements
• Perform various clerical duties for the department
