Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota is seeking a pharmacy operations technician to support filling medication orders and keeping the delivery workflow on schedule. This full-time position requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and tolerance for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills and pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filling medication orders.
• Prioritize work to ensure prescriptions are filled per delivery schedule.
• Pull labels at regular intervals to keep workflow moving.
• Sort and scan all orders to the correct tote.
• Monitor the delivery dashboard for due prescriptions and complete workflow steps.
• Return medications to shelf and assist in quarterly inventory.
• Communicate issues to the Director, Pharmacy Operations as needed.
• Serve as back-up fill tech or cycle stager as directed by management.
