Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota in Sauk Rapids, MN, is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to join our team. Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, verify information, and maintain accurate inventory.

Roles include labeling, scanning, and coordinating with the pharmacist to ensure timely, safe dispensing. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, Pharmacy Technician certification, and 1+ year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of related experience; strong accuracy required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty if any medication does not scan properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply for all orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock; assist in physical inventory.
• Meet established accuracy and productivity levels consistently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other areas to maintain workflow.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly; replenish stock as needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws governing dispensing.
