CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment in our stores. Technicians help deliver high-quality patient care by following SOPs, assisting with immunizations where applicable, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

This full-time role requires reliable attendance, basic math skills, and effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: provide friendly service and respond to patient needs
• Communication Skills: effective verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply, dosage, and counts for prescriptions
• Problem Resolution: resolve or escalate patient issues as needed
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
