Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentration on tasks and ability to pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Assist pharmacists in managing workflow at production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off stations.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and answer questions to support a positive patient experience.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain compliance with controlled substances dispensing and recordkeeping policies.
• Travel to stores within the market as needed to support business needs.
