Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service at our retail locations. You will help ensure efficient operations, assist with immunizations and testing where allowed, and work within a rigorously trained program to meet state requirements.

You will perform duties across production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows, while maintaining patient privacy, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and safety in dispensing.
• Assist pharmacists and maintain compliance with SOPs across workflow stations.
• Conduct basic inventory activities and support medication deliveries and returns.
• Adapt to shifting store needs and travel to other stores as required.
