Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering high-quality patient care within our retail stores. You will help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and friendly, efficient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone channels.

You will complete required training and licensing per state guidelines, assist with immunizations where allowed, and maintain strict accuracy and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure/certification where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or student enrolled in HS or equivalent program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver operational and service excellence in store.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient interactions.
• Follow SOPs and SOPs for immunization and other services where allowed.
• Assist with inventory and ensure proper handling of medications.
• Travel between stores in the market as needed to cover shifts.
