The role may involve immunization support where allowed by state law, inventory tasks, and collaboration with pharmacists while maintaining patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is mandated by the state board, the candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular and predictable hours, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pickup, drive‑thru, and over the phone.
• Support basic inventory activities and returns‑to‑stock as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to immunizations and other health services where allowed by law.
• Comply with all relevant laws and protect patient privacy and security.
