Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service at our retail locations.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, maintaining patient privacy, and assisting with immunizations and other services where laws and training permit. The Technician will participate in training programs and ensure compliance with state regulations while supporting multiple store operations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education, high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide customer service and work with the pharmacy team.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services when trained.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
