Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Process prescriptions safely and accurately, including drive-thru and pick-up.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients over the phone and in person.
• Assist with inventory tasks and ensure timely medication deliveries.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services as trained and allowed by law.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with regulatory requirements.
