Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support store operations, assist pharmacists, and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, providing compassionate customer service, and participating in immunization and point-of-care services when permitted by state law. Requires state licensure/certification and high school diploma. 40 hours weekly with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over time.
• Ability to confirm prescription information and ensure labeling accuracy for patient safety.
