Job summary

Lee's Marketplace is a family-focused grocery chain in Utah seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician. You will assist pharmacists with prescriptions, input insurance data, and help manage inventory while upholding HIPAA and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will support patient care through immunizations and MTM, process refills, and ensure accurate dispensing. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Utah Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Continuing education hours as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling and labeling prescriptions.
• Input prescription and insurance information into the system.
• Prepare and count medications.
• Handle third-party insurance billing and COB coordination.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service at the pharmacy counter.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Process prescription refills and support clinical programs.
