Job summary
Providence Home Services Oregon in Portland, OR is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for full-time day shift. This role supports both retail and mail-order operations under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision and fills physician orders for patient medications.
Ideal candidates have Oregon Pharmacy Technician license or Oregon Certification, plus at least 1 year of pharmacy practice and 1 year of customer service experience. Preference for program graduate or national certification.
Qualifications
- Oregon Pharmacy Technician license or Oregon Certification required at hire.
- 1 year of pharmacy practice experience required.
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
Responsibilities
- Fill physician orders for patient medications under a pharmacist's supervision.
- Serve pharmacy clientele with accurate information and service.
- Maintain advanced knowledge in specialty areas and comply with procedures.
