This full-time position requires adherence to state board requirements, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy workflows, immunization support where allowed, and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• Must be able to work weekends and maintain regular attendance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform accurate math for dispensing and dosing.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Triage tasks and support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed.
• Complete inventory tasks and maintain stock accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety.
