Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient care. You will follow SOPs, assist pharmacists, and help patients with empathy across store operations, including immunization services where allowed by law.

The role requires completion of required training, state licensure/certification, and a commitment to attendance and quality patient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, age, education, and licensure/certification.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Provide empathetic service to create positive patient experiences.
• Contribute to inventory control and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
