Associate Pharmacy Technician at Providence Ambulatory Services in Portland, Oregon (Full Time / Day Shift).

Responsibilities

Performs all typical duties of a retail or call center pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Communicates with and services the needs of the Retail, Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy clientele.

Required Qualifications

• Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire. Or
• Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire.
• Background check required in compliance with Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 for assigned duties upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• National Certification/CPhT.
• 1 year customer service.
