• 2 years experience for internal promotion candidate must be competent in responsibilities of Associate Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician; external candidates are required to have the equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Fill physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision.
• Communicate with and service the needs of the Pharmacy clientele.
• Support the practice of pharmacy and perform delegated tasks under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Perform record keeping and clerical activities; assist in training other staff when needed.
