Qualifications

• MA Registered Pharmacy Technician with National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• 2-5 years pharmacy experience and sterile compounding experience required.
• CPhT-Adv and hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers medication to patient care units following policies and regulations.
• Accurately fills medications and assigns to automated dispensing machines.
• Maintains sterile, non-sterile compounding, and hazardous medication handling tasks.
• Repackages and compounds medications per SOPs and USP standards.
• Maintains inventory levels and communicates shortages to pharmacy leadership.
• Trains new staff in Central Pharmacy Operations and sterile/non-sterile procedures.
