Qualifications

• 1+ years of contemporary hospital, retail, or ambulatory pharmacy experience.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes core pharmacy technician duties under pharmacist supervision in standard workflows and hospital systems.
• Demonstrates proficiency in medication dispensing, preparation, inventory management, sterile compounding, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides coverage across central/distributive operations, decentralized services, ADC management, and cleanroom compounding as assigned.
• Prepares and dispenses patient-specific medication doses with correct drug, dose, form, expiration, and barcode.
• Compounds sterile medications under aseptic conditions following USP and institutional protocols.
