St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II Certified to support the daily pharmacy workflow. You will assist with dispensing medications, prepare IV admixtures, manage inventory, and support charging and crediting functions under the supervision of a pharmacist.

You will work to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhere to aseptic techniques, and stay current with policies and Joint Commission requirements. Regular staff meetings and ongoing education are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 6 months compounding IV medication
• Registered Pharmacy Tech licensed in the state
• Active CPT-EX CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing

Responsabilités

• Prepares, distributes, and delivers medications in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks in support of daily department operations.
• Maintains medication and supply stock levels and operates automated delivery systems.
• Participates in department quality assurance programs and maintains QA documentation.
• Trained in IV admixture preparation and handling of hazardous/chemotherapy medications as applicable.
• Performs related duties as required.

High School Diploma/G.E.D.
