One Community Health seeks a Pharmacy Technician I to support the operation of the 340B Retail Pharmacy at our Hood River, Oregon clinic. The role involves accurate medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient service.

The ideal candidate has an Oregon Pharmacy Technician license, at least 1 year in healthcare and 1 year in customer service, and is willing to travel between locations. This is a full-time position at our Hood River clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Oregon at time of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the 340B Retail Pharmacy at the Hood River clinic.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while delivering great customer service.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Support pharmacy team with daily operations and tasks.
• Communicate professionally in a diverse community and collaborate with staff.

One Community Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to assist with the operation of our 340B Retail Pharmacy at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon. This role supports the pharmacy team in providing efficient and accurate medication dispensing while delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. Qualifications:

• Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License at the time of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations.
• Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory landscape and apply it to pharmacy operations.

Compensation:

• Hourly/Non-Exempt: $23.00-$23.75 per hour, increases depending on experience
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
