Job summary

Rogue Community Health in Medford, OR is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician with an active Oregon Board of Pharmacy license. Wage starts at $21.00 per hour, with stable hours and the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.

The role supports equitable, high-quality care for underserved community members and participates in the 340B program to help reduce medication costs. Occasional shifts at other RCH locations may be required.

This position will be predominantly at our Medford location, but you may be asked to occasionally pick up shifts at our other locations

• Must have a current and active license through the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
• Sharp attention to detail and not afraid to check, question, and re-check
• Desire to learn new things, develop new processes, and work at the top of your license
• Excellent individual critical thinking skills and the ability to openly share ideas within a team
• The interest to learn from others as well as support those who can learn from you
• Ability and/or desire to understand the challenges of the underserved, coupled with the desire to help
