Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a Licensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician to join our Fulfillment Department on a part-time schedule. The role centers on operating the SynMed automated packaging system to ensure accurate, on-time medication delivery to long-term care facilities.

No retail duties or customer-facing tasks are involved; training is provided. The position supports a fast-paced, detail-driven workflow in a team setting with opportunities to grow in a specialized long-term

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move large medication trays during shifts.
• No retail customer-facing responsibilities.
• Entry-level friendly with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the SynMed machine during the shift.
• Load and handle medication trays and packaging materials.
• Verify packaging and labeling accuracy of medications.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and contact SynMed support as needed.
• Communicate inventory, equipment, or medication concerns to pharmacy staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Follow all pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.
