Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Washington state seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations, including preparing inventory for Kiosk replenishment, filling prescriptions, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment. An active in-state pharmacy technician license is required to be considered.

As the role grows, responsibilities may expand to on-the-road duties and regional Kiosk maintenance. You will work at the Pharmacy location and with Leadership to ensure accurate dispensing and timely

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date.
• 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools.
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on cartons and prescription labels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by state board.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy environment following procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with Leadership to ensure correct medications are prepared for packets.
• Operate automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
• Handle packaging and labeling for shipments and orders.
• Transition orders through workflow stages from dispense to quality control.
• Perform general tasks including receiving, shipping, counting, and packing.
