Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to bridge in-pharmacy operations and kiosk management. The role includes driving between pharmacy locations and remote kiosks, refilling kiosks, and preparing inventory shipments for replenishment.

You will support pharmacists, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure accurate medication handling while working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of working with computer and web-based tools experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels.
• Active and unrestricted in-state driver's license.
• Clean driving record that passes MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive from physical Pharmacy locations to remote Kiosk locations with company vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication and paper; clean machine and collect discarded inventory.
• Prepare inventory shipments for Kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by state board.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures and regulations.
• Work with leadership to ensure correct medications are placed in orders.
• Operate automated machinery for pre-sorting and packaging medications.
• Transition Amazon Pharmacy orders through workflow stages from dispense to quality control.
• Count and label prescription vials; package medications for dispensing and delivery.
