Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support kiosk and in-pharmacy operations. You will drive between the pharmacy and remote kiosk locations, refill kiosks, prepare shipments, and assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions while maintaining a safe, compliant pharmacy environment.

The role requires a state-licensed tech, national certification, and a clean driving record. You’ll work a flexible schedule and collaborate with leadership to ensure accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience with computer and web-based tools.
• Valid and active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels.
• Clean driving record that passes Amazon’s Motor Vehicle Record checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive to remote kiosk locations using company vehicle.
• Refill Pharmacy Kiosks with medication and inventory.
• Prepare inventory shipments for kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy environment.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure correct medications in orders.
• Operate automated machinery for sorting/packaging medications.
• Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
• Transition orders through workflow stages from dispense to QC.
• Count and label prescription vials and packages.
• Pack and ship completed orders with proper labels.
• Sort and triage boxes for shipping.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and staff with receiving/shipping/counting.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in the pharmacy.
• Package medications for dispensing and delivery.
• Work a flexible schedule including shifts outside normal hours.
