Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.
• Desirable familiarity with EPRN system.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow company guidelines on computerized inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Handle billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phone, triage calls, and respond to inquiries.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Provide support through direct interaction with customers; assist pharmacist when needed.
