Responsibilities

• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity, escalating mentorship-focused cases to the on-call provider.
• Pre-screen surgical candidates against Central Line Care criteria before scheduling in Lincoln, NE.
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Pharmacy Technician before transfusion.
• Cover the weekend rotation with independent mid-level clinicians.
• Escort fragile patients to procedures, monitoring telemetry during transport.
