Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with prescription processing, customer service, and daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmacy, an active Texas CPhT, and strong knowledge of RxEVO; the role includes shift work, including nights and weekends, in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail certified pharmacy technician.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Input prescriptions into the computer system using RxEVO and verify patient information.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling as needed.
• Manage inventory, reconcile invoices daily, and process third-party prescriptions.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
