Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Coral Springs Surgery Center in Florida. This role supports surgical operations with inventory management, Pyxis automation, and storeroom operations, ensuring medications and supplies are available for procedures.

The caregiver will work Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm or 4:00pm–8:00pm, about 20 hours weekly, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed in Florida as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and patients.
• Demonstration of emotional control and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform algebraic calculations for compounding.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage medication deliveries and inventories.
• Maintain pharmacy storeroom and Pyxis cabinets.
• Ensure medication availability for surgical procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Assist with training of pharmacy caregivers and students.
