Job summary

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and strong prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to analyze data and report findings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
• Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, including presenting information to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports pharmacy services by stocking, preparing, and distributing medications.
• Greet customers professionally, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, place orders, verify receipts, and manage 340B inventories as applicable.
• Ensure a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures and regulations.
• Follow infection-control policies to protect patients and staff.
• Prepare medications for pharmacists by interpreting orders, labeling, and calculating quantities.
