Children's Hospital Colorado is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Educator who will serve as a subject matter expert in Pharmacy operations. This position involves mentoring and training pharmacy staff, coordinating training programs, and supporting essential functions of the pharmacy. The role also requires managing educational initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing a fulfilling opportunity within a supportive environment.
The Pharmacy Technician Educator position serves as a subject matter expert within Pharmacy operations providing mentorship, training, and teaching to Pharmacy staff, interns, and students; coordinates, and facilitates all onboarding and orientation programs for pharmacy technicians ; supports maintains and operationalizes a formal Pharmacy Technician Training Program in collaboration with leadership while supporting essential functions of the pharmacy by staffing as required.
The Pharmacy Technician Educator will be supporting a new program here at Children’s Hospital Colorado. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant and important project work, while also demonstrating informal leadership skills. The ideal candidate is adept at managing projects, guiding others, and thrive in ambiguous and changing environments.

Hourly Range: $23.54 to $35.31
