Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or healthcare-related training preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and apply accurate labels with dosing, warnings, expiration, and traceability.
• Document dispensing records in real time for audit readiness and data integrity.
• Organize daily dispensing activities based on urgency and workflow dependencies.
• Maintain productivity while upholding quality standards and minimizing errors.
• Identify discrepancies or risks and communicate with pharmacists or leadership.
• Use pharmacy systems and barcode tools to support accurate documentation and workflow.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements to speed and accuracy.
