Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to join our team. Under a licensed Pharmacist, you will perform compounding in a clean room and assist with dispensing medications to ensure accurate and safe patient care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state).

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies in accordance with OCH policies & procedures, and in accordance with state regulations & standards.
• Prepares medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Performs basic pharmaceutical calculations in order to obtain correct dosages of medications.
• Accurately labels and packages medications.
• Participates in the process for assessing, managing, and reporting medication related incidents.
